We are looking for the next generation of Sales Advisors and future Managers to develop, implement and deliver exemplary customer service on site. You will represent our brand and be an ambassador of the Cameron Way to ensure a smooth sales process is delivered in an efficient and timely way.
You will join our tailored Graduate Programme, which is a unique opportunity to spend time within our Sales and Marketing teams, and gain exposure to other departments that will develop your overall understanding of our business and the industry. Typically, the programme lasts for up to two years. Supported throughout by highly experienced business leaders, you’ll be nurtured in developing your thinking and skills, as well as encouraged to grow into the best version of yourself. You will have a tailored development programme and regular review meetings to ensure you are gaining the right knowledge and exposure. Our current and previous Graduates will act as a buddy to help you settle into the Company and provide another level of support and guidance for you. We’re not just a team. We’re a family. This role will not only give you a well-rounded knowledge of how we operate in the construction industry, but the bespoke nature and adaptability of our programme’s structure allows your learning experience to be tailored to ensure you get the best out of the programme for you; your interests and skills.
Our live developments are across the East and West Midlands so you should hold or be working toward a UK driving license to enable you to travel between our offices and sites. Whilst we are proud of offering an agile working environment, our Head Offices for our three companies are in Chasetown, Staffordshire where you will be expected to travel to or work from on occasion.
