Brand Services Marketing Executive

What will the role involve?

The overarching objective of this role is to protect and bring our brands to life, positioning them in the market, creating awareness and reaching the right target audiences through the company website, brand collateral, POS and signage, site-based sales centres and through management of multichannel media plans.

Working with our creative agencies and media agency, ensuring that all deadlines are met while accurate creative is signed off across all regions in a timely manner.

The role is responsible for implementing the creative for all regional collateral, working with external agencies to deliver against agreed KPIs, measuring performance throughout and ensuring our brand is promoted in keeping with our brand and company values.

Working with the Outbound Marketing Manager and the wider Sales and Marketing team, the role is accountable for the following key responsibilities:

  • Implementation of all new development set ups and launches, working with agencies to ensure all deadlines are understood and met to execute great launches.
  • Development of collateral, working with creative agency to brief required creative in conjunction with regional sales requirements. This includes brochures, point of sale and new customer journey collateral.
  • Manage the day-to-day co-ordination of creative, ensuring that all artwork is delivered on brand and on time to deliver to target.
  • Manage the presentation of development information and brand content on the company website.
  • Manage the presentation of development listings on relevant industry portals.
  • Ensure project plans are implemented and timescales are always met, highlighting programme milestones.
  • Maintain strong channels of communication with Sales Managers, ensuring that all sales targets and requirements are met through creative. This will include focus on specific developments and plots to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain robust open communication with third party agencies and internal regional teams to ensure that we have a transparent and active way to share best practice and knowledge.
  • Monitor media spend and third-party costs against budgets set, raise necessary purchase orders for third party services.
  • Engage with Sales Managers to ensure all creative is signed off in a timely manner to meet media deadlines.
  • Report on any issues or risks on an ongoing basis to ensure we meet our targets in a planned manner.
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings to review sales position, agree key messages and actions, and understand key requirements for individual developments and regions.
  • Undertake regular site visits to develop knowledge and understanding of individual developments and their location, surrounding areas, vision and challenges.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and provide support and assistance to effectively manage workloads across the team.
  • Regular communication and weekly one to ones with Outbound Marketing Manager to discuss progress towards objectives and identify training and development opportunities and requirements.

  • Minimum 3 years working within a marketing environment, with experience across the full marketing mix.
  • Degree in marketing, business or other related industry, or equivalent experience.
  • Hold or be working towards the CIM Qualification / a professional qualification in Marketing or a related subject.
